Statebound: Knights boys basketball team to face Renton in Tacoma on Saturday

Opening Rounds of the WIAA state basketball tournament begin this weekend

The defending class 2A Champion Knights boys basketball team are League and West Central District League champions again this year, beating the Banbridge Spartans in the District Championship Game at home last Saturday.

The Knights (22-2) will face #8 Renton (13-11) in the opening round of the state basketball tournament at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma at 8 p.m. Saturday.

  • There will be no concessions.
  • No signs will be permitted except for official school banners.

  • Head east on WA-16 E
  • Take the 6th Avenue exit
  • Turn left onto N 6th Avenue
