The Bremerton High School Athletic Department seeks to provide our student-athletes the opportunities to reach their potential as responsible and productive citizens. We will foster a culture of success academically, athletically and personally to help our student-athletes achieve their goals.

Athletics Registration

We welcome all students to participate in our interscholastic sports programs. All interested Student-Athletes must complete the online Athletics and Activities registration in Final Forms.

After creating your account or logging in, please find your sport or activity and complete the registration and upload the required documentation. Registration includes:

An athletic pre-participation history form
Medical eligibility form of the physical examination packet*
Proof of medical insurance or participation in a student insurance program
Sudden cardiac arrest and concussion information sheets
Various student-athlete and parent agreements
Emergency Authorization

*Sports physicals are valid for two calendar years.

Student athletes enrolled in private/charter schools outside of the Bremerton School District must also be registered in Skyward: Per section 18.6.0 of the WIAA handbook, any student participating in athletics must be registered with the Bremerton School District to be considered eligible to compete in interscholastic activities. A student may be registered for athletics only if the private or charter school in which they are receiving academic services does not offer the desired sport. The student athlete will be registered in Skyward for athletics only - not for academics. Students must be registered in Skyward to be included in sports groups in ParentSquare.

All athletes must have a valid ASB card to participate in sports. Some students may qualify for a free ASB sticker based on family income.
